Do you know what the NEC requires for each of the following Feeder size line items? Thanks

Your question is a little confusing. What does the feeder have to do with the fan? "Feeder" is generally used in reference to what feeds the breaker panel or other overcurrent device. The fan is handled by the branch circuit after a breaker or other overcurrent device. So I can't really tell what you are asking.
